I ordered a hoodie blanket from this company which I just received. I had great expectations based on all the hype, but I must admit I'm very disappointed with what I've received. It is not as thick and fluffy as I was expecting and, compared with a similarly priced hoodie from a rival company (my partner has one), it's definitely of much inferior quality.
I will be sending it back.

I ordered a blanket but changed my mind within 1 hr during working hours. Tried to contact the company but they were unable to cancel my order; they said I should wait until the product arrived and contact them again. When I did this, I was stuck with having to pay for return postage. I found this a bit unhelpful and disappointing, as I feel I was penalised for their poor communication with their warehouse. I'd expect a bit better from a small and supposedly friendly company.

This is my second order that has had a problem. The first blanket was delivered to a property several minutes walk from mine. Fortunately the people there bought it to my house.
This current order for two blankets has apparently been returned back to Kuddly. The tracking system at DHL was useless. Kuddly have not replied to my emails and there is no phone number.
Suggest you buy your stuff somewhere else.

Love my kudd.ly weighted blanket but just read the label and it says you cannot tumble dry it so it’s going to be a nightmare to get it to dry out in the winter

Ordered the blue hoodie blanket. Well made and so warm. It comes vacuum packed and does need a wash and gentle tumble to fluff it up. Can't fault it.
My only gripe is that about three hours after i ordered the price went down by about £4.00.
When I queried this I was given a wishy washy answer regarding the system still settling down... I can't remember exactly. I wasn't too bothered as I had used a voucher code but the response was very poor and not customer focused at all.
Kudd.ly that needs sorting.

I recently ordered a hoodie blanket and absolutely love it. It’s warm and extremely cosy. I did, however, have a minor issue with some of the stitching coming away on the front pocket, so I reached out to the support team. As a gesture of goodwill, I was sent a brand new hoodie blanket (same colour) at no extra cost and was advised that I can keep the original. The stitching issue is superficial, so it doesn’t affect the blankets main usage. Overall, I’m very impressed with the customer service of Kuddly. Thank you Scott and Alex for resolving my issue so promptly.

Ordered from Kudd.ly in the past and there is no doubt that the quality is amazing (hence ordering again). Unfortunately they use Royal Mail and my 2nd order has never been received. Contacted Kudd.ly who claim to have dispatched to Royal Mail, however Royal Mail are saying it has never been scanned onto their system. Customer service not very helpful. Have now had to resort to Paypal for a refund. Thank goodness I used paypal! Will not order again for this reason.

Firstly, ordering simple, delivery very quick. Took time to look at several makes of hooded blanket and delighted that I chose Kudd.ly. Recipients (and me) delighted with product. Happy with the free 3d eye mask too. will be using it very soon :-) Customer service super efficient when I had a minor issue . Thankyou to all the Kudd;ly team

I bought one each of these blankets for my (young adult) daughters for Christmas. They were delivered quickly and the quality and feel is excellent. However, they are both in single beds, so I bought single blankets. They both gave up after a couple of nights as when they moved, the blankets just fell off the side of the bed. They said that half asleep, they didn't have the energy to keep picking a heavy blanket back up from the floor! I guess in a bigger bed they would work, or if you're someone who sleeps completely still. So they are now just being used as (very expensive!) sofa blankets, which is a real shame. :-(

Received my second Kuddly and it’s perfect. I have two now. The tye dye one and the star glow in the dark one which I’m wearing now and my cat loves it too. I’ve 3 Oodies, 2 Snuggys and now two Kuddlys. The Kuddlys are my favourite. They’re so well made, lovely and warm and both were very quick delivery especially as the postage was free. I have only good things to say about the Kuddlys ?? i will definitely buy another

Very disappointed with the oversized hoodie's which I received. The quality was substandard, terrible. I was too embarrassed to gift them at Christmas time! It is to late to return them now so I am stuck with them unfortunately.
I expected quality items for the amount of money paid, this was certainly not the case. Be warned, you have to pay for the return postage in the event that you are not pleased with your item in anyway. I would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone else.
In my opinion, total waste of time and money.

I ordered two weighted blankets, four hoodie blankets and slippers for Christmas and after some unavoidable issues with delivery (due to external Royal mail strikes and delivery driver overwhelm), the orders arrived safely and all intact. This was mainly due to the responsive replies from Kudd.ly support team (shout out to Anna in customer support).
We're all so impressed with the quality, customer service and price of the products that I've just ordered another two weighted blankets (with more to add) and won't be spending my money with another well-known competitor. Kudd.ly all the way from now on for us.

We ordered a weighted blanket as a Christmas present, paying extra for shipping to 'guarantee' pre-Christmas delivery. Not only did the item arrive long after Christmas, thus causing a considerable amount of stress, but Kudd.ly also sent entirely the wrong item. The order confirmation clearly stated that we had ordered a weighted blanket, but what arrived in the post was a hooded blanket.

Decided to try a weighted blanket to help with anxiety and sleep problems - went with kudd.ly as they're machine washable. The standard blanket with the mink effect is incredibly soft and comforting. Not sure if it's making any difference to getting to sleep, but when waking in the night I find it much easier to get back to sleep. Really happy with it.
